Christmas Favs

I pretty much love everything about Christmas. I love the fact that I get to be with my family and spend time with them. My favorite Christmas movie is either Santa Clause or Polar Express. Both of these movies are amazing and I love watching them. My favorite Christmas song is Drummer Boy. I just like this song because of the beat and it also has a great message. Presents are amazing and I love giving and receiving them. My favorite food to eat at Christmas time is the whole Christmas dinner in general. I love the ham, mashed potatoes, green beans, corn, just everything I have to eat. The tradition my family has on Christmas is, on Christmas Eve my family comes to my house. We sat down and have dinner together and then talk for awhile. Then, we all sat down and watch TV and pass out presents. Once we get the presents, we open them. Then everyone leaves. From my house, I go to my step dad's parents house and open presents. After that, I go back to my house and go to sleep. I wake up the next morning and open more presents and eat again.

Christmas pros and cons

Well, to me I have no dislikes of Christmas. I pretty much love everything about Christmas. I love getting together with all my family and just setting down having conversations with them. I love getting out of school for long periods of time and just having all that free time to do whatever I want. Also, the presents are a wonderful part of the Christmas time. The only dislike I can even think of would be all the shopping going on.

Well, in my own personal opinion school lunch sucks. To all you cooks out there, I'm not trying to make you guys feel bad. I appreciate all the hard work that you all do and I thank you for supplying my food each and everyday. But I don't really like the food. I'm sorry. I wish that we could have like a McDonald's or something built into the school so it would be good food.

New School Technology

Our school isn't very technologically advanced. Actually, from what I have seen from stuff other schools have resorted to, we our kind of low on technology. For example, the internet is so slow on all the computers that it's not even funny. The computers themselves are very slow and I think we should get new ones for like all the students. Next, I think some of the teachers should be replaced. Some from my own opinion, don't teach very well. From teachers of this such, I usually don't get the grade I'm looking for. Also, the bells are kinda screwed up. I think the time between classes should be increased just a couple minutes for people to have more time to talk to each other because in most classes the teachers won't let you talk.

Favorite Cartoon

Well, let's see... There's a bunch of great cartoons that I watched as a child. There was Doug, Rocko's Modern Life, Tom and Jerry, Rugrats, Hey Arnold, etc. But I would probably have to say that my favorite as a child would be Rocko's Modern Life. I pick this show because it was just funny and a good show in general.

Thanksgiving

Well, over my week and a half Thanksgiving break, I plan to do a couple of things. The first thing I plan to do is catch up on my sleep, I haven't been getting much sleep lately. The next thing I'm going to do is hang out with Jake Kinney a lot. We plan on watching a lot of Family Guy and also a lot of Bob Ross. We also plan on watching some great movies like Dodgeball, Stepbrothers, and Benchwarmers. I'm really looking forward to Thanksgiving also because I'll be spending a lot of time with my family and eating a lot of food.

Game Progress?

Well...our game still hasn't really been started yet, but we do have all the paper prototyping done and we have our basic concepts in our thoughts of how we're going to make it. We have been thinking up thoughts and ideas for our other game we will be putting together. The other game is much harder and complicated than the one me and Daniel are going to make.

Afganistan

Well, with the whole situation in Afganistan, I don't really understand the concept of why we're over there fighting but I guess I have to deal with it for now. I don't think we should be over there. If we're going to fight them, why not just bomb who or whatever we're over there trying to destroy and get it over with and quit killing all of our American troops.

Progress

Well, my team's game is about a health inspection game. You play as a health inspector and you have to go to meat processing plants an search for spoiled meats. If you find spoiled meats or some meats that just don't look right, you have to destroy them with your ray gun. That's our basic concepts of our game. But, so far we haven't actually got to work on it on flash at all because we have been thinking of game ideas for another civics game. This game has been very hard to come up with an idea for.

Toys

I didn't really have a favorite toy when I was a child. I can remember always going outside playing with my wiffle ball bat and my wiffle ball. This was my favorite thing to do, so I guess that my favorite toys were my wiffle ball bat and my wiffle ball. But, I also liked playing with the Hot Wheels cars a lot to. I always loved going to Wal*Mart and getting new ones .

Hughart?

Today is food blog. First off, food is amazing and I love it! If I were to choose a restaurant to be my favorite, it would probably have to be the Golden Corral. I would choose Golden Corral simply because they have pretty darn good food and because it's an all you can eat buffet. Usually, they have pretty much any food you can think of. My favorite thing to eat would have to be pizza. I don't really understand why I love it so much, I just have always liked it since I was little. I am fat, but not really fat. I honestly couldn't tell you why I'm fat either. I don't eat very much and I am always doing some kind of exercise or activity so, I really have no idea why I'm fat.

Teachers?

My teammate Daniel and I are hoping to teach a couple of things to people by playing our game. The first is to teach people the basic concept of how health inspectors do their daily jobs. What you do is you go into a meat factory and search for bad meat. If you find meat, you must use your ray gun to destroy it. So basically, the main thing we're trying to teach people is how health inspectors do their jobs and how it affects the things we eat.

Hero?

If I were to choose someone to be my hero, out of anyone in the world, it would probably be my grandmother. I would pick her to be my hero, or someone that I would look up to because she has always been there for me since the day I was born. She has always done anything I have ever asked her to do and I'm very grateful for that. She also works her a$$ off each and every day doing basically anything she can. That's saying something when you can do this when your the age she is. But she really means a lot to me, and I honestly couldn't even imagine how my life would be if I didn't have her here with me.

success or failure?

I have made success on the paper prototype assignment in my own opinion. Daniel and I did fairly close to the same amount of work on this assignment. I did just a tad bit more, but what Daniel did he did very well. I did basically all of the drawing and some of the coloring. Daniel did what coloring I didnt do and he did the video presentation. So therefore it was pretty equal on what we both did.

Favorite Movie

Oh WOW! It would be really hard to choose my favorite movie. If I had to choose, I would probably choose Stepbrothers. I pick this to be my favorite movie because it's one of the funniest, if not the funniest movies I've ever seen. If I didn't pick Stepbrothers, I would have to pick Benchwarmers because it is also very funny and I know pretty much every word to it.

Favorite TV show

My favorite TV show of all time is hands down Family Guy. This is my favorite TV show not only because it's very stupid and funny, but it proves good points about the modern day Americans. It shows how most Americans act stupid and how they eat to much. Also, it's my favorite show because it just pretty much blows all the other shows out of the water I think.

Obama..

My opinions on Obama winning the Nobel Peace Prize are that I honestly don't have any clue why he did so I don't really have any opinions.

Progress.

I think that thus far into my second year of game design that I am doing pretty well. I think on the Playing to Learn we all did pretty exceptional. On choosing a topic, we actually came up with quite a good idea. And finally, my Mini-Game Project was kind of generic and original, but it was what we were supposed to do. We were to make a Mini-Game Project with steps off the wiki. The game had to consist of an object being eaten, and an object being the eater. Mine was a piece of pizza getting ate by a sock.

Favorite Video Game

If I had to choose a video game to be my favorite, I would probably have to go with MLB 2K9 for the xbox 360. I would choose this to be my favorite video game because I love baseball, it's my favorite sport. I would also choose it because the game in general is just a fun all around game and the controls for it are rather difficult, yet easy once you get used to them.

Favorite Holiday.

My favorite holiday, if I had to choose one, would probably be Christmas. This is my favorite holiday because of all the gifts I get and how much fun I have enjoying this day. I also love this holiday because of the meaning of this holiday, it's the day Christ was born. This means a lot to me because he is the greatest thing that has ever happened to me. Lastly, I love this holiday because I get to spend it with my family and I love spending time with my family.

3 Wishes..

If I found a genie lamp and could have any three wishes I wanted, the first would be to have all the money I wanted, anytime I wanted it. The second wish would be to wish for world peace. I would wish for world peace so that everyone in the world could witness how awesome it is to be able to have peace. The last wish I would make is to become a professional baseball player. I would wish to be a pro baseball player because it's my favorite sport and I really want to become one.

Go Back in Time?

If I could travel back in time to any era and live there forever I would go to the 1920s because this was about the time that Babe Ruth played baseball. I would want to stay there because I would get to see him play and would get to experience how awesome he was at baseball. I would try to play baseball with him. That would be freaking awesome to watch one of the best, if not the best, baseball players of all time.

Health care Debate

My opinion on the health care debate and providing health care to every American at taxpayer expense is that it sounds like a very good idea. The government uses the taxpayers' money for everything else, so why not use it to help the people in our country by providing that money to them for so they can get cured and not have to hassle with all the financial problems of the doctor bills.

If I could be any animal, what would I do and why?

If I could be any animal, I would probably be a dog. I would want to be a dog because they are man's best friend and just plain out the coolest animal in my opinion. I would more than likely just lay around and do nothing all day and sleep. I would also find the most faithful companion to be my partner and share life.

What I Want To Be When I Grow Up

I want to be many things when I grow up. The first and main thing I want to be when I grow up is a Major League Baseball player. I want to be a MLB player because I have always loved baseball since the time I could first swing a bat. If I cannot achieve my goal of becoming a MLB player, I would like to be an anesthesiologist or a crime scene investigator. I would like to be an anesthesiologist because they make a lot of money and it's pretty cool what they do. I would like to be a crime scene investigator because they have one of the coolest jobs ever.

My weekend

friday after school we had a football game at huntington high. we beat them by like 3 touchdowns and zach wellman ran over some hayes kid from hhs. then on saturday i went to willard speedway and watched races. sunday i went to the mall, got a new phone, and watched some movies with my cousin. then on yesterday i worked on a report the entire day.

Favorite Video Game Character

My favorite video game character of all time is sonic. Sonic is my favorite character because i always played the games on my sega and i loved playing it. Also because sonic had the coolest little sidekick ever named tails..

Pokemon

If i had to choose between Charmander, Squirtle, or Pikachu, or Bulbasaur i would pick charmander because he is the coolest of the 4 and he has the best powers of any of the 4. he can blow fire. thats better than squirting water and whatever the others do

Final Blog :(

This will be my final blog of this school year.. Tomorrow will be my final day of school for this year and im really excited that it is. i turn sixteen tomorrow and i will be getting my license soon. i plan on having a really fun summer this year unlike every other summer.. but thats pretty much all i have to say except im going to miss everyone and i hope to chill with ppl over tha summer!!

last night, today and this weekend..

last night was our final baseball game of this season.. it actually sucked alot bc we lost and it was tha last game for all tha seniors.. it was very sad and depressing to see them after tha game.. ill miss all you seniors.. especaially you jp and chase.. you guys rocked, and i know you guys gave me hell but i love you both and will miss you guys..then today was pretty sad as well bc of tha whole deal last night.. but it was also good bc ryan workman and zach harrison signed to go to WV tech and play baseball there and my boy jp is going to walk on and play there... congradulations to u guys and good luck and hopefully i will attend some of your guys' games.. and jp, ill miss you dawg..ily :) today is a very sad day and im rly going to miss all you seniors, but good luck in all tha things you do and have fun in tha rest of your life!! brody, i love you dawg and i know how bad you feel about your friends leaving..i feel tha same way except i didnt know them as good as you did..and i know you give me crap alot but i know youre jus messing wid me, and i love you dawg... i love all you guys today after school, i have a babe ruth game which will prolly be fun..then tonite, im suppose to go to sara wolfe's party which will be fun..then tomorrow im not sure what ill be doing, possibly movies..then sunday there is a baseball banquet that will be fun as well..

my week so far..

welp...my week hasnt been that bad yet so far... monday we had a game and we got a butts kicked.. then tuesday, we had practice which was kinda dumb but it was ight i guess.. uh then yesterday, i had a decent day... we had a game, which we won..amazingly it was 6-2..it was a great game, you should have been there..but right b4 tha game. one of my friends really ticked me off..he was pushing me and all kinds of jazzwork..i was getting really ticked.. then today, he was ignoring me all day and then he did talk to me, and when he did, all he did was tick me off again because he was running his mouth..then today in reeds class..brody wrote a blog about me that is not true wat so ever so anyone that reads it..its not true..any of his blogs about me are not true..and all this stuff ppl are blaming me is kinda ticking me off..

Banning?

Apparently England released a list banning people from entering the country.. i feel there are some people that should be banned from our country.. people that lie all tha time about things they really do......also people that come here illegally should be banned from coming here...

Pedophiles or veterans??

so i have just ben informed that if you do anything to a pedophile than they can sue you for hate crime..but you can beat tha living crap out of a veteran and they can not do anything to you because of how they served in wars and what not.. welp from my personal opinion, i think this is really dumb because if your a parent and there was a pedophile walking around your children and you felt like they were "looking" at your children, you should be able to hit dem in tha face. but i guess its ok to hit veterans in tha face for no reason...

significant change..

if i had the opportunity to make one significant change to the world, it would most likely be to make the whole entire world free instead of just america.. this is a good idea but then again its not really.. its a good idea because other countries and things could experience our freedom that we have.. itd be bad because some countries could possibly take advantage of it and destroy the rest of the world!!

I think that anyone that is willing to put their body in danger of drinking alcohol should be able to drink it.. I personally think it should be lowered down to 18, one because pretty much everyone does it anyways, two you can pretty much do everything else at the age of 18..so why shouldnt you be allowed, by law to drink at this age??

Bible Studies??

I have just been informed that Wood County Schools board of education approved a class for high school.. THis new class is called Bible Studies.. i actually think this is a pretty cool idea for a high school class..because most high school kids dont know anything about tha Bible what so ever.. so i think this is a great idea and i think that they should try to get that class here at tha valley

irritation..

actually, right now, there are alot of things irritating the pee water out of me!!! most of which are coming from the baseball team.. like sometimes the coaches do things to tick me off and i just flat out cant handle it.. it sucks and really irritates me.. another thing that is happening right now that is irritating me is some of the baseball players are always making fun of me and this really gets to me because i have never done anything to any of them.. its just to much stress and im getting ready to go off on some of them!!!

friday night i chilled at my home and at about 1130 i started jus throwing up literally everywhere and i could not control it..it was bad...uh then saturday i woke up and jus laid around all day until, about 6 i went to alexs house with him and hughart, and conner and cody...then after we chilled there awhile, we went to conners house and watched scary movie 2,... then i went home and got up sunday and played a little baseball outside of my house...and thats my weekend

What impact does technology have on your personal and academic life?

Technology has many effects on my personal and academic life. It effects my personal life because i have a cell phone and i use it all the time. I text on it, i call people on it, and im just always on it. Also, i have a computer and im on it quite a bit as well. Technology has effects on my academic life because we are on computers alot during school. Im on it all the time during 6th period and some during other periods. Also, technology effects my academic life because we use calculators all the time in math class. But, i have even more up to date technology because i have an ipod touch and it has a calculator almost exactly like the one we use in class. So this is how technology effects my personal and academic life.
